How Do I Create A New Location?

Adding a new location to the Smooth platform is nearly 100% self-serve. Follow the instructions below to get your location up and running and connect with our support team to complete the process.

To create a new location for your business on your mobile app or web ordering, click “Setting,” then “Locations.” 

Click “Add Location.” 

1. BUSINESS INFORMATION

Include the required business information and click save:

  1. Location Name (how the location will appear in the Portal)

  2. Currency 

  3. Maximum Order Amount 

  4. Enable/disable Order Ahead

  5. Enable/disable Delivery 

  6. Activate Business location

2. ADDRESS & DETAILS

Include the required address and details information and click save: 

  1. Display Name (how the location will appear on your ordering platform)

  2. Description 

  3. Address (some information will automatically populate)

3. HOURS

Include the information about the location hours and click save:

  1. Location hours (the time the location opens and closes each day)

  2. Ordering hours (order ahead hours may differ from your regular hours, such as one hour earlier than your closing time)

  3. Click “Add Special Hours” to include different hours for holidays or special events.

4. DELIVERY ZONES

Include the delivery zone information (if applicable) and click save. If partnered with a 3rd-party delivery integration, delivery zone will adhere to their delivery parameters and should not be updated. 


Once you’re done creating your new location, use this form to submit the location in order to make the location live and ready to appear on your ordering platform.
