How do I send loyalty points and credits to a customer?

Take control of your customer service initiatives by sending users loyalty points or credits.

1. From the sidebar, click CUSTOMER SERVICE then CUSTOMERS

2. You can search for the customer that you want to send the loyalty rewards to by name or email in the search bar.

3. Click on the customer.

4. You can send loyalty points under the CUSTOMER LOYALTY HISTORY section. Click SEND LOYALTY POINTS. The pop up prompts you to review the details and confirm that you want to send the loyalty reward. Include the amount of loyalty points you wish to send to the customer and include an internal note so that you have reference about why you sent points. When you're ready to send the loyalty points, click "Yes, Send" or "Cancel" if you've changed your mind. Once you select "Yes, Send" this action is not reversible .

5. You can send dollar credits under the CUSTOMER CREDITS HISTORY. Click SEND CREDITS. The pop up prompts you to review the details and confirm that you want to send the credit. Include the credit amount you wish to send to the customer and include an internal note so that you can reference about why you sent the credit.  When you're ready to send the credit, click "Yes, Send" or "Cancel" if you've changed your mind. Once you select "Yes, Send" this action is not reversible
