See a list of all customers that have a registered account with your brand. You have the ability to view your customers' profiles, understand their loyalty level and send points and credits to their accounts.
- From the sidebar, click CUSTOMER SERVICE then CUSTOMERS.
- On the Customers page, you can view customers’ emails, first names and last names and their account status.
- You can click on individual customers to view their details.
- If the customer reaches out to edit certain profile details, click on the PENCIL ICON next to Account Information. This will pull up the fields that you can edit on their behalf.
- If you wish to disable a customer’s account, click on DEACTIVATE THIS ACCOUNT and select YES to the prompt and then click on DEACTIVATE.
- You can send loyalty points under the CUSTOMER LOYALTY HISTORY section. Click SEND LOYALTY POINTS. The pop up prompts you to review the details and confirm that you want to send the loyalty reward. This action is not reversible.
- You can send dollar credits under the CUSTOMER CREDITS HISTORY. Click SEND CREDITS. The pop up prompts you to review the details and confirm that you want to send the credit. This action is not reversible.
- Under CUSTOMER ORDER HISTORY, you can view all the orders made by the user. You can also filter through a preferred number of RESULTS PER PAGE.
- You can also click on any order to take you directly to the full ORDER DETAIL PAGE.
