# Discounted Product Offer
## Offering a discounted product is a great winback strategy to incentivize users to visit your brand. Many users will purchase multiple of the product for friends and family, so we recommend allowing multiple redemptions.
**Example**
**Title:** $1 Off All Coffee
**Description:** It’s National Coffee Day! Today only, receive $1 off each coffee beverage when paying with your App. Thank you!
**Portal Setup**
- Engagement \> Offers \> Create Offer \> Offer Type: Discount
- Include the Offer Information, Location Availability and Offer Source(s)
- Pre-Required Products: none
- Eligible Products: select eligible coffees from the product list, select eligible sizes from the variant list
- All required products do *not* need to be in cart for this offer so we would answer “no” to this question
- Free Item Options: Select “Dollars” from the dropdown and input 1 in the “Discount Amount” field
- Select “Auto-Redeem”, “Reusable” and “Apply Multiple”
- Review the offer and click “Save”
