Why did ‘An error occurred trying to create x message’ pop up in Mobile Message?

What this error means and how you can easily fix.

This error will pop up in the portal when the character count exceeds the 160 character limit. This is an easy fix and simply needs to be communicated to the client that the mobile message must fall within this character limit otherwise this error will be triggered. 

As best practice, communicate to the client to always send a test message to themselves to ensure the mobile message is received. 


Tip: Mobile message data takes about 24 hrs to show after sending.
