Why did ‘An error occurred trying to create x message’ pop up in Mobile Message?
What this error means and how you can easily fix.
This error will pop up in the portal when the character count exceeds the 160 character limit. In order to fix this error, simply adjust the character count to be below the 160 character limit.
As best practice, always send a test message to yourself to ensure the mobile message is received.
Tip: Mobile message data takes about 24 hrs to show after sending.
