What Is An App Feed?

The app feed is a marketing and content management tool that allows merchants to customize the content that displays on their app's home screen. For example, merchants may include marketing cards with information on a new product or location.

To view your app feed, click "Engagement" then "App Feed."

Select the App Feed Layout you want to edit by clicking anywhere in that row.

On this page, you can create, edit, sort or delete app feed cards that appear on users’ homefeeds.

You can arrange app feed rows by hovering over the row you want to rearrange until you see crossed arrows. Drag the row to the desired position.

The phone on the right hand side of your screen displays how your app home feed appears to users. You can preview how the home feed looks to a specific segment by typing the segment name into the field.

To edit a feed row, click the “pencil” icon in the row you’d like to edit. You can edit any necessary information and click “Done” when complete. For example, if you want to “turn off” a promotion that may come back in the future, toggle the scrollbar to turn off user visibility

To sort the feed rows, hover over the row you want to rearrange until you see crossed arrows. Drag the row to the desired position.

To delete a feed row, click the trash bin icon on the specific row. For example, you can delete a row if you want to completely remove it from your app feed history

Ensure to save your changes.

This page allows you to quickly and easily manage your app feed to optimize it for users’ viewing and purchasing habits.
