A segment is a group of users you create based on different filter criteria and rules.
You can create a segment by clicking on "Engagement" in the sidebar, then "Segments."
Once you create a segment, it will be archived and can be used and modified as necessary. Segments are also dynamic, which means users will fall in and out of these segments based on their actions, preferences and demographics. Segments are used throughout the portal to make your experience more engaging to your customers. You can connect a segment to other portal sections such as Coupon Codes, Marketing Cards and Push Notifications.
