What is the Users Dashboard?

This dashboard lets you get to know your users a little better and helps you understand if you're engaging your users or if you could make improvements.

Within this dashboard, select the time period that you want to view the data sets.

You can see how many active users you have, how many new users signed up and how many first-time users you have.

You can also view your new user conversion rate. You can compare each of these to the previous period, which is the time period prior to which you've selected.

When you scroll down, you can analyze active users and new user sign-ups in more detail and compare the current and previous period for the selected time period.

For example, a low amount of active users may indicate that you should create an enticing coupon for users. A high number of new users may demonstrate your app or web marketing is strong.

Referral stats shows how many total referrals users have sent and compares how many of those are converted and unconverted referrals. A high number of converted referrals may demonstrate your referral program is attractive.

Active user age gives you a breakdown of how many of your users fall into different age categories.

Cumulative user sign-ups highlights how many users signed up for the app or web during the selected time period.
