How Do I Transfer Ownership of a Location?

Transferring the ownership of a location is a structured process that ensures a seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations.

The following outlines the necessary steps and information required to initiate and complete a transfer of ownership.

Procedure:

  1. Location Identification:

    • Provide the location reference name.
    • Provide the full address of the location.
  2. Banking Information Update:

    • Submit the new banking details which can either be a Bambora MID or a Moneris Store ID along with the respective API Tokens.
  3. Delivery System Notification:

    • If delivery operations are conducted through SkipGo, notify them of the change in ownership as they will need to create a new collect point ID. Subsequently, we will remap this ID on our end to ensure continuity in delivery services.
    • If utilizing DoorDash Drive for delivery, please have the new owner register for DoorDash Drive as a net new business entity via this form.
  4. Aggregator (Deliverect or CUBOH) Use:

    • In case of an aggregator being used for order management, there is no change required.
  5. Date of Ownership Transfer:

    • Specify the date when the ownership transfer will be effective.
