What is the Top Locations Dashboard?

The Top Locations dashboard allows you to get to know what locations are your highest performing so you can look at how to potentially replicate these factors at your other locations.

In the merchant portal, navigate to Dashboard.

Select the dashboard titled “Top Locations”. 

Within this dashboard, select the time frame that you want to view your data. 

This dashboard breaks down locations into four different sets of information:

  • Transactions: Compare the number of order ahead and scan to pay transactions by location. The current period will be based on your selection under “Time Period”, while the previous period is measured against the time period you've selected. For example, if you choose "past 7 days" as your time period, the previous period would be seven days prior to that.
  • Sales: Examine your sales in the selected time period and whether users used order ahead or scan to pay. The current period will be based on your selection under “Time Period”, while the previous period is measured against the time period you've selected. For example, if you choose "past 30 days" as your time period, the previous period would be thirty days prior to that.
  • Refunds: The number of refunds that have occurred at your top locations compared to the percentage of total transactions at each location. This gives you a high level overview of whether your app or web ordering operations are running smoothly.
  • New user transactions: See which locations are receiving the most new user transactions and whether they are using order ahead or scan to pay.
