The key to a successful launch is getting the word out about your new magnificent ordering solution! Let's explore some tools and techniques for spreading the word to increase your transactions and sales.
Update Your Google Listing
What do people often do before visiting a restaurant? They Google it. Add your web ordering link to the “order” section of the listing to make it easy for potential customers to quickly start ordering. If you have an App, add a link to your app’s Google Play Store and App Store listing so customers can easily download it and start ordering.
Promote Your Ordering Platform on Social Media
Social media is a great way to promote and inform customers about your new ordering platform. When it first goes live, it’s good practice to post about it on different social media channels at least 2-3 times a week. A few months in, we recommend continuing to promote it 1-2 times a week to inform new customers and remind existing customers about your ordering options.
Incentivize Users with an Offer
Offer customers a deal when they place their first order. For example, a free side or a dollar/percent discount. This incentive holds a ton of weight when promoted on social media. Post-launch, continue to incentivize customers with limited time promotions when they order through your branded platform.
