Setting up Pop-Up App Feed Cards
Everything you need to know about selecting an app feed card to pop-up when users open the app

- Admin level permissions, Marketing admin level permissions

Important Notes Regarding Pop-Up Cards
Note 1: Introduction to Pop-Up Cards
- Smooth now supports pop-up cards on the app feed
- Users will see the pop-up card once when they open the app
- Users can either close the pop-up or click a button to navigate to a specific area in the app
Note 2: Pop-Up Card Selection
- Pop-up card selection is found in the section row style type option.
- Important: Pop-up cards display only once per user during the designated time frame.
Note 3: Allowing Multiple Views of Pop-Up Cards
- To show the pop-up card more than once, create multiple app feed rows for the pop-up card you with to show more than once
- Example: To show a card every two weeks, create a new feed row with a start date after the previous end date
Best Practices / Notes:
- Pop up cards should be used to ensure users are aware of important information such as new products, seasonal items, new locations and exciting offers
- Only one pop-up card can be set up for your app feed for any given time period\
- While Note 3 above explains how you can allow pop-up cards to show more frequently, it is important the pop-up cards alert users to exciting offers and not be repetitive
