On the Account History page, can I refund a partial order?

Partial refunds are not available, only full refunds can be given to customers.

To reimburse customers for a single item or item(s), you can apply points or dollar credit to their account. 

Dollar credits will be automatically applied as a discount on their next order. 

Loyalty points can be redeemed for a free product if you have a loyalty program.
