New Loyalty-Only Location Onboarding

This form is designed to gather all the necessary information required to add your new location to the Smooth Loyalty program.

STEP 1

Log into your Merchant Portal and do the following:

  • In the Merchant Portal, Create your new location (Settings -> Locations -> Add Location) with all the necessary details. (Click here for instructions)

STEP 2

Before submitting the form, make sure you have the following information on hand:

  1. The full address and phone number for the new location

  2. The location's hours of operation

  3. The planned opening date

  4. Your Brygid Store ID for this location

Please do not submit the form without your Brygid Store ID. Forms submitted without this information will not be processed.

STEP 3

Once you have the above information ready, submit the form below.

Please note that all information in this form is mandatory. Fill out the form in its entirety before submitting. This allows us to set up your location accurately and without delays.

Please allow us 5-7* business days to load this location.

We appreciate your time and look forward to getting your new location up and running.

By submitting this form, you authorize Smooth Commerce to charge a one-time setup fee as determined in your contract to set up your new location. This fee covers the cost of processing your application and setting up your new location.

Please note that this fee is non-refundable and will be charged on your next round of billing. If you do not wish to proceed with the setup of your new location, please do not submit the form.
