How do I view location-based product availability from Merchant Portal?

View and manage product availability at a location level straight from the Merchant Portal.

To view and/or manage product availability, start by going into "Menu Management" and then into"Products."

Search for the applicable product you wish to view location-based availability for.

Click on the product and scroll down to the "Product Availability" module. 

Select ‘Location-wise Product Availability’ to view the full list of locations

From here, you’ll be able to view which locations have the product availability toggled on and which locations have toggled the product as unavailable from the Smooth Tablet app.

If a location or multiple locations do not use the Smooth Tablet app to manage product availability and they’ve run out of a specific product, you can toggle the product as unavailable from here. It will appear as greyed out on your ordering platform.

Once the item is back in stock for that specific location or locations, mark the product as Available to allow users to order the specific product again.
