How to Restore Deleted Customers in the Merchant Portal

Restore a customers deleted account as long as it was deleted within the last 60 days. All credits, transaction history and points will be restored.

Restoring Deleted Customers in Merchant Portal

Navigate to Customers Section

    • Go to left-hand panel in Merchant Portal

    • Select, Customer Service

    • Click on, Customers


    Locating Deleted Customer

    • Search by name, email, phone number, or company name

    • Look for "Deleted" status the far right column titled "Status" 


    Identifying Deleted Customer

    • Click on the deleted customer

    • Verify deletion date under Account Information > Status

Restoring Account

    • If deletion was within 60 days, click Restore Account

    • If over 60 days, email support team at support@smooth.tech
