Admin and Marketing Admin portal users can pin app feed cards to ensure that key messages and promotions are prominently displayed. This will ensure that critical information stays visible to app users, driving engagement and awareness.

Navigate to the App Feed

Go to the left-hand panel on the mobile merchant portal.

Select Engagement and then App Feed.

Selecting and Adjusting App Feed Cards

Click on the white box of the app feed you want to edit.

Click on the pencil icon to select the app feed card.

Pinning App Feed Cards

Locate the toggle for "is pinned" at the top of the card.

Toggle it on to pin the app feed card to the top of the home screen on the app.

Click Done to save the changes.

Unpinning App Feed Cards

To unpin, revisit the app feed card.

Toggle the "is pinned" option off by selecting it again. Once off, it will have a grey background.
