How to Map Customers or Segments to Credit Codes

1. Accessing Credit Codes

   • Navigate to Credit Codes by selecting Engagement from the left side panel.

   • Then select Credit Codes.

2. Choosing Recipients

   • You will find the segmentation tool for credit codes at the very bottom of the credit code screen within the individual credit code.

   • By default, the choose recipients option is set to all users.

   • Toggle off all users if you want to assign the credit code to specific segments or individual users.

3. Assigning to Specific Customers

   • Search your customer database to select specific customers by name.

   • Add customers once located in the search.

4. Assigning to Segments

   • Choose a specific segment from the drop-down list.

5. Saving and Support

   • Save your selections once customers or segments are chosen.
