Offers provide users with incentives to make purchases through your web-ordering or mobile app. This article and video reviews how to create a first time offer, which is used to reward users with a dollar discount on their first purchase.
In the sidebar, click “Engagement,” then “Offers.”
Click “Create Offer.”
Click the toggle in the right corner to make your offer active (users can redeem it) or inactive (it will not show up on your app).
Under Offer Information, select the offer type "first time."
Include a title and subtitle for your offer, both of which are required. Provide an optional description.
Include a label that will be used internally to identify your offer.
Your offer can be made available at all of your locations or click the toggle to select specific businesses where the offer will be available.
Click “Select Image from Gallery” to choose an image that corresponds to your offer.
From the “Offer Source” drop-down menu, select where this offer should be applied: mobile app or web ordering for order ahead or delivery orders.
Under "offer details", include the discount amount.
Review the offer and click “save.”
