      How to Archive and Unarchive a Location

      Archive a location in the portal to maintain an organized database of active locations.

       

      1. Accessing the Locations Section

        • Go to the left-hand side panel of the portal.

        • Select "Settings" and then choose "Locations".

      2. Selecting the Location to Archive

        • Choose the specific location you wish to archive.

      3. Closing the Location

        • Before archiving, ensure the location is closed on your Smooth account.

        • Refer to this article for steps on how to close a location.

      4. Archiving the Location

        • Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

        • Find the "Archive" box.

        • Click on the downward-facing arrow within the box.

        • Select the option to archive the location.

      5. Unarchiving the Location

        • If needed, you can unarchive the location at any time.

        • Simply select the toggle within the "Archive" box to unarchive the location.
