Archive portal users to allow for a clean view of your brands Merchant Portal users.

Navigate to Portal Users Section

Go to the left-hand panel

Select Settings
-
Choose Portal Users
-

Identify User to Archive
-
Scroll to the bottom
-
Search for the user by name or role
-
-
Archive the User
-
Click on the three dots next to the user
-
Select Archive
-
Confirmation message will appear
-

Unarchive a User
-
Go to the Archived User box
-
Select the down arrow
-
Locate the user and select Unarchive
-

Reactivate an Archived User
-
If the user is inactive, click on the three dots
-
Select Edit Role
-
Turn on the toggle for Make Active
-
Save the changes
