How to Archive and Unarchive Portal Users

Archive portal users to allow for a clean view of your brands Merchant Portal users.

 

  1. Navigate to Portal Users Section

    • Go to the left-hand panel

    • Select Settings

    • Choose Portal Users

  2. Identify User to Archive

    • Scroll to the bottom

    • Search for the user by name or role

  3. Archive the User

    • Click on the three dots next to the user

    • Select Archive

    • Confirmation message will appear

  4. Unarchive a User

    • Go to the Archived User box

    • Select the down arrow

    • Locate the user and select Unarchive

  5. Reactivate an Archived User

    • If the user is inactive, click on the three dots

    • Select Edit Role

    • Turn on the toggle for Make Active

    • Save the changes
