Order History lets you keep up to date on the orders going through your locations.
- From the sidebar, click CUSTOMER SERVICE then ORDER HISTORY.
- You can review the date placed, order number, customer name, total, order type, location, the order due if it was an ASAP or Scheduled order, the payment status and POS # if you are integrated with your POS.
- You can also search orders using the advanced filter. You can filter based on customer name and email, order #, location, date placed, order type, payment status and POS number ID. Once you've selected the filter type, a dropdown or text box will appear with additional options. Select your filter criteria and click APPLE FILTERS The orders that fall within your criteria will be visible.
- You can add multiple filters or remove a filter by clicking on the trash icon if necessary.
- Click anywhere in the order row if you want to see further details about the order, or send a refund or rewards.
- On the order details screen you can see the customer details, pick up or delivery information, products purchased, and transaction details, including payment type and whether any credits were applied to the order.
- If you want to refund an order, click REFUND ORDER. The pop up prompts you to confirm that you want to refund the order. Click the box beside “I understand this action cannot be undone.” Click “Yes, Refund” if you want to refund the order, or “Cancel” if you’ve changed your mind.
- If you want to send loyalty rewards, click SEND REWARDS The pop up prompts you to review the details and confirm that you want to send the loyalty reward. This action is not reversible.
