How Do I View Customers’ Feedback?

Customer Feedback gives you insight on how your customers feel about their overall experience with your brand, including ordering, food, service and more.

In the sidebar, click "Customer Service" then "Customer Feedback."

On this page you can manage all customer feedback provided through the app. You can view the location the customer ordered from, the customer name, their rating, their comment and order details. Ratings range from one to five.

To view the customer who made the review, click "View Customer." The Customer Details page shows all customer information, including their account information, loyalty points and customer credits.

If you want to send the customer points based on their review, click "Send Points." The pop-up prompts you to review and confirm that you want to send points to the customer. Include the amount of loyalty points you want to send the customer. Include an internal note so that you have a reference about why you sent the points. When you're ready to send the loyalty points, click "Yes, send" or "Never mind" if you've changed your mind.

If you want to send the customer credits based on their review, click "Send Credits." The pop-up prompts you to review and confirm that you want to send credits to the customer. Include the credit amount that you want to send the customer. Include an internal note so that you have a reference about why you sent the credits. When you're ready to send the credits, click "Yes, send" or "Never mind" if you've changed your mind.

Press "Back" to return to the main Customer Feedback page. You can also click "View Details" to review the customer's order details. This includes the business' address, order number and more.

You can also view the products the customer ordered, including any modifications and the price, and the customer's transaction history for this particular order, which includes the transaction type, status, whether any credits were applied, and more.

Click "Back" to return to the main Customer Feedback page to continue to review and take action on customers' feedback.
