- Login to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Menu Management and then to Products.

- Scroll through the list of products or use the search function to quickly find the product you want to modify.
- Click on the desired product to open its details.

- In the product details page, scroll down to the section labeled Business Override, and select the arrow to populate the below
- Click on Add Override.
Step 4: Configuring the Override
- Begin by selecting the location(s) where the new pricing will apply. You have the flexibility to choose any number of locations and to set different prices for each.
- For Example
- By Location: If you have 5 locations and each one has a different price, you can repeat this step 4 times and enter the individual price for each location.
- By Region: If your locations are grouped by regions, you can select all locations for the first region and set their prices. Then repeat these steps for each remaining region.
- If the product has variants, all variants will be displayed. Make the necessary price adjustments for each variant if needed.
- Repeat the pricing setup steps as necessary to ensure each location or region has the appropriate pricing.
Step 5: Saving the Override
- After entering all the necessary details, click Save to apply the override.
Verifying the Override
After setting the override, it's crucial to verify that the updated pricing is reflecting correctly on the customer-facing menu. This step ensures that the changes have been implemented as intended.
