How Do I Generate An Offer Report?

Unlock insights into your marketing efforts with detailed offer redemption data. Our Offer Report allows you to analyze customer engagement with your promotions, helping you to make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance your brand's strategy.

1. In the Merchant Portal, navigate to "Reports", click "Offer Report"

2. Choose the start date & end date for the period you would like to see data for.

3. By default, the report will include data from all locations under “All Locations Selected’. Should this suit your needs, you can proceed to generate the report. To customize the location data in your report, click “All Locations Selected”.

4. There are two ways you can remove locations from your data. First as seen below, all locations are automatically selected. You can exclude specific locations by deselecting them individually. This method is recommended when you are removing a few locations.

5. If you want to exclude multiple locations, click "Select All Locations'' twice. This action clears all selections.

6. Now, you can proceed to select the individual locations you want to be included in your data.

7. After adjusting your location preferences and you have selected all, or the specific locations you wish to include in your report, click "Save"

8. Then click "Generate Report" to process your data based upon the specified criteria.

9. The Offer Report presents various metrics. You will be able to see the offer title, the internal label, the offer status, in addition to the number of customer redemptions, amount redeemed, points earned & total redemptions.
  • Customer Redemptions: Shows the count of unique customer who have utilized the offer
  • Total Redemptions: Reflects the total number of times the offer was redeemed.

10. To download the report for offline analysis, click on “Export as CSV” to save the report to your desktop.

By following these steps, you can efficiently generate an Offer Report to gain valuable insights into your marketing campaigns and their performance.
