A loyalty report groups loyalty values for a period of time and totals them by location. This includes values such as loyalty points earned and redeemed, as well as offers and coupons redeemed.
- From the sidebar, click on REPORTS then LOYALTY REPORT
- Enter in your START DATE & END DATE that you’d like to view data based on the time period set.
- From here, click on GENERATE REPORT to populate the loyalty data.
- Click EXPORT AS A CSV to download an excel file directly to your computer.
