      How Do I Generate A Loyalty Report?

      A loyalty report groups loyalty values for a period of time and totals them by location. This includes values such as loyalty points earned and redeemed, as well as offers and coupons redeemed.

      1. From the sidebar, click on REPORTS then LOYALTY REPORT
      2. Enter in your START DATE & END DATE  that you’d like to view data based on the time period set.
      3. From here, click on GENERATE REPORT to populate the loyalty data.
      4. Click EXPORT AS A CSV to download an excel file directly to your computer.
