In the sidebar, click "Menu Management," then "Products."
Your products will show in a list.
If you want to make a product active (it will appear on your menu) or inactive (it will no longer appear in your menu until you activate it again), click the toggle next to the product name.
To edit a product, click on the product name.
There are several criteria you can edit:
- Update the product name, description and image. You can also change the availability of the product (all day or a portion of the day) and whether this product is eligible for customers to collect loyalty points (if applicable).
- Categories: Assign the product to one or multiple categories, or remove a category you’ve assigned it to by clicking the trash bin icon.
- Variants and Price: Change variants and their price. You can make a variant active or inactive by clicking on the toggle. You can also add new variants and update the default variant (the variant the displays as the default on the app or web ordering menu).
- Options: It’s optional to assign options to your product. Click the pencil icon to edit your options. Hover over the “equal sign” until you see crossed arrows to reorder your options. Click “Add New Option” to add a new option to your product.
- Tags: From the dropdown, you can select previously created tags.
- Adjust the toggle to make your product available (customers can purchase this through your ordering platform) or unavailable (customers will see this product on your menu but it will be “greyed out” and they will not be able to order it until you make it available again).
- Adjust the toggle to make your product active (it will appear in your menu) or inactive (it will no longer appear in your menu until you activate it again).
Ensure to save your changes.
