How do I generate a Coupon Report?

A coupon report will provide you a breakdown of coupon usage values such as redemptions, point value and more.

1. Start by going into "Reports"  and clicking on "Coupon Report."
2. Select the Start Date and End Date you would like the coupon report to pull data for.
3. Select the location(s) that you'd like to capture in the report and click on "Generate Report" to populate data. The report will include coupon name, code, point value if it was a fixed loyalty point reward or dollar value amount if it was a global credit reward, status, the number of customers redeemed and number of redemptions. 
4. Click "Export as CSV” and an Excel file will download to your computer.
