How Do I Create A Combo?

This video is part of a series on the final steps to create your combo. Once the setup is complete, customers can start ordering it on your web ordering or mobile app.

PART 1: CREATING COMBO

Click “Menu Management” then “Combos.”

Click “Create a Combo.”

Include the necessary information, such as Combo Name, Tax Rate Product Type (only applicable for clients who do not have a POS integration), Description and Price.

Click “Choose Image” or paste an image URL to upload a photo of the combo (optional).

Click “Save.”

PART 2 | COMBO GROUPS

Click the “Combo Groups” dropdown.

Click “Add Combo Group.”

Include your “Combo Group Name,” such as “Customize Your Pizza.” You can add more than one Combo Group if relevant for your combo.

Click the toggle to change whether this Combo Group is required for customers to select.

Click the three dots next to the Combo Group Name to edit the customization rules, such as the Option and Included Amount.

Click “Add Products” to include the relevant products to the applicable Combo Group.

Click “Show customization(s) included” to view the products you’ve selected.

If customers have the ability to upgrade their combo, you will need to include the additional cost that they will be charged. To specify the additional cost for a product as part of a combo upgrade, click the dollar sign icon. For example, your standard combo is a medium pizza for $10, but you also offer a large pizza as a combo upgrade. You will add the extra cost for the large pizza that will be applied during the combo upgrade, such as $2. Therefore, the customer will be charged $12 for the large combo.

To delete the product from the combo group, click the trash bin icon

Click “Save.”

PART 3 | COMBO AVAILABILITIES

Click the “Combo Availabilities” dropdown.

Select the order type: whether the combo is available for pickup and delivery, delivery only or pickup only.

Click the toggle to adjust whether the combo is available on all days or select the applicable days of the week. To change this, click “Modify Combo Availability.” Beside each day of the week, you can select from the dropdown whether the combo is available all day, not available all day or you can select available hours. You can select the “start” and “end” time. Click “Save.”

If applicable, include a “startandenddate that the combo is available to customers. Or, click the toggle if the combo “Never Expires.”

You can also select whether the combo is available by clicking the toggle. If it’s only available at specific locations, select those locations by clicking “Browse Locations.”

Click the toggle to activate the combo so it will be live on your menu for customers to order. Note:

If you have a POS integration, proceed to the POS mappings section of the portal to map your combo.

Click “Save.”
