How Do I Configure Default Product Options?

By following these steps, users can easily configure default option-items for products in the Merchant Portal.

  1. In the Merchant Portal, navigate to "Menu Management", click "Products".

2. Select the product you want to edit.

3. Scroll down to "Options". To configure a product to have a default option, click the plus icon below. Any "Options" previously configured for that product will be listed. 

4. Select the item you want to choose as the default option-item for the product you are configuring. 

5. Select the quantity by using the up and down arrow only. The quantity must be below or equal to the max quantity already set up under the item under “Options”. 

6. Click "Save Default Selections".

You can repeat these steps for any option-items you want to configure.
