If you have a POS integration, you’ll have to add POS mapping IDs to the menu sections you create through the Portal. In some cases, your POS may also require POS mapping IDs for coupons and offers.
1. From the sidebar, click MENU MANAGEMENT then POS MAPPING.
2. Select the type of mapping you would like to add from the dropdown menu. The options include: products, items and subitems, combos, offers and coupons. (These options may vary based on your POS system’s requirements).
3. A new dropdown menu will populate. Select the menu item you would like to update from the list and fill in the required POS mapping fields.
4. Click SAVE to implement the mapping.
