Allow your users to redeem exciting offers by scanning their app. Please note that this currently available for only QST (Quickservice) & Vexilor/GiveX POS-integrated clients.
Before you start associating scan to pay to your offers, make sure you have all the POS Item IDs handy. You can gather all of these from the MENU MANAGEMENT > POS MAPPING section for the applicable products you will be mapping.- Go into ENGAGEMENT and then OFFERS.
- Click on the offer you’d like to associate scan to pay with.
- Next, go into the OFFER SOURCE and select your POS provider. It will show QUICKSERVICE for QST integrated clients and VEXILOR for Givex/Vexilor clients.
- After selecting this, scroll down to the POS SECTION.
- Under ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS for the POS component, type in the POS ITEM IDs to ensure it associates the scan to pay connection properly.
- If there is more than one product associated to the offer, type in each POS ITEM ID separated by a comma with no spaces.
- Once you are done, hit SAVE to implement your changes.
