Portal Setup: There are two ways to set up a one-time free product offer.
DISCOUNT OFFER TYPE
- Engagement > Offers > Create Offer > Offer Type: DISCOUNT or FREE ITEM
- Include the Offer Information, Location Availability and Offer Source(s)
- Pre-Required Products: none
- Eligible Products: Select burgers from the product list, select applicable sizes from the variant list.
- All required products do not need to be in cart for this offer so we would answer “no” to this question
- Under FREE ITEM OPTIONS, select “Percent” from the dropdown and input 100 in the “Discount Amount” field. For FREE ITEM offer type, enter in the price of the product in max discount & enter a value of 0 in points cost.
- Select “Auto-Redeem”, unselect “Reusable” and “Apply Multiple”
- Review the offer and click “Save”
