      Add Address Details to a Location

      Manage address details for businesses directly within the Portal, ensuring that all location-specific information is accurate and up to date. This is shared with certain DSP's to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.

       

      1. Navigating to the Location

        • Go to Settings and then Location.

        • Choose the specific location from the list.

      2. Adding Address Details

        • Scroll down to Address and Details.

        • Select the arrow to expand options.

        • Under Address, locate the newly added field, Address Details.

      3. Utilizing Address Details

        • Admin and Business Admin Level users can input and manage Address Details.

        • Ensures accurate and up-to-date location-specific information.

        • Helpful for third-party delivery services to locate the store accurately.

      4. Practical Use Case

        • Example: If the store's address is on Street A but the entrance is on Street B, specify this in the Address Details.

        • Helps delivery drivers easily locate the business.

      5. Updating Address Details

        • Simply select the field to update information.

        • For instance, specify directions like "use the door facing street B."

      6. Delivery Partners Integration

        • Information provided in Address Details is shared with delivery partners.

        • Feature currently compatible with Uber Direct and DoorDash Drive.
